Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) is a shrine for Indian and international MBA aspirants. IIM-Ahmedabad
Applicants can submit their valid GMAT scores for the admission process. As you can see from the above table, the average GMAT score for IIM Ahmedabad is 706. Apart from a good GMAT score, the IIM-A also needs a minimum score of 3.5 in the AWA (Analytical Writing Assessment) section. They would want the candidate to be proficient in the English language. IIM-A doesn’t require or ask for letters of recommendation, however, they would want the applicant to submit three references if they qualify.
IIM-Bengaluru
Along with a good GMAT score, IIMB prefers candidates who have valid work experience after their graduation. Any Articleship, project work in industries, summer placement or any other industrial exposure as a part of the curriculum are not considered as prior work experience.
IIM-Calcutta
Admissions to IIM Calcutta will require a valid GMAT score of the candidate. The test should be taken within the last 36 months of the application date. The applicant must have at least 5 years of full time post qualification managerial or professional experience. Two reference letters of recommendation are required from individuals in senior managerial positions.
IIM-Lucknow
IIM-Lucknow does not accept TOEFL, IELTS & PTE test scores. They would prefer candidates with a minimum of 5 years work experience. They would also require one letter of recommendation for admission.
