The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) was established in 1991 by the British Hong Kong government. It was Hong Kong’s third institution to be granted the status of a university. The HKUSTcomprises four schools: School of Humanities and Social Sciences, School of Business and Management, School of Engineering, and School of Science.
