Santosh is a College Of Engineering – Guindy (CEG) Gold Medalist. At Indian School Of Business (ISB), he was in the Top #3 out of 570 students. He also secured a spot on both the ISB’s Dean & Merit Lists. He has 5 patents to his name. After a successful stint at McKinsey & Co. he co-founded ed-tech unicorn – Byju’s, in 2011, with a serious passion to revolutionise education around the world. To reach out to larger audiences from the post K-12 demographic, he co-founded ed-tech startup – AspireHigher, in 2019, with Krithika Srinivasan & Prasanna Alagesan. Read More

Krithika is an alumna of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she acquired her Double-Masters degrees in Automotive & Mechanical Engineering, and earned a minor in Marketing from the Ross School of Business. After a successful career in the technical field, she helmed Admissions Consulting Services at Byju’s. She is also the President of Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants (AIGAC), putting her deep experience in the area to good use, helping applicants achieve their admission goals. At AspireHigher, she has helped many get into their dream universities and programs, across varied domains like Engineering, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Business Administration. She loves navigating them through the complex ‘application process’ maze. With Krithika’s expert counselling, many have received admits from prestigious B-Schools like Booth, Cambridge Judge, Kellogg, IESE, IE, MIT Sloan, ISB, IIM-A, UMich Ross, UCLA Anderson, UVA Darden, Stanford, Duke, to name a few.
